How we use it:
We shake it well and saturate it on a cotton pad. To remove eye makeup, we hold pad over the closed eye for a few seconds, then gently wipe without harsh rubbing. To cleanse the skin and remove face makeup: Gently wipe the pad over the skin until completely free of makeup and impurities. There’s no need to rinse.
